Strict adherence to customer requirements is the cornerstone of our goal of “Zero Defects” which can only be achieved through an exacting Quality Control Program. As specialists in close tolerance machining and stamping of hard-to-manufacture alloys we recognize the importance of not only providing a quality product but also providing the customer with the Assurance of that quality.

We at Romac have instituted a vigorous Quality Program combining state-of-the-art inspection equipment with knowledgeable personnel.




From incoming inspection of raw materials to the finished product, quality measures are implemented through every step of the manufacturing process to make sure that each and every part shipped from our facility has met our customers’ stringent specifications.

Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other ISO 9000 standards are used during the process and are documented with each shipment. The culmination of this hard work has already paid off with Romac being recognized as a certified supplier to numerous large corporations such as General Electric, ITT and Litton to name a few.
